ALL Rules and Regulations will be reviewed and amended at the beginning of each academic semester.

    1. All members must show the Director and the Musician respect at all times. Any type of correspondence that you might have with either of them must be addressed in the appropriated manner. At the same time, you must also address your fellow members - any disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
    2. Please refrain from talking excessively or playing during rehearsals. If your actions continuously disturb rehearsal(s) you will be asked to leave.
    3. All musicians and choir members must follow the director at all times.
    4. The dress code (e.g. all black, robes, etc.) must be adhered to at all engagements. All participants must maintain proper coverage at all times (e.g. shirts, blouses, pants, and skirts).
    5. Do not chew gum at any time during a rehearsal or at the time of ministry.
    6. Please do not bring any unnecessary food into the practice area of the meeting room (with the exception of water). You are permitted to eat; however, you must clean up after yourself. If you wish to eat please do so in the rear of the practice room. NO food or drink is permitted in any sanctuary or locale where the choir is ministering unless otherwise notified.
    7. Members are not encouraged to loiter in the halls during rehearsal or bible study.
    8. All rehearsals will start promptly at 7:00pm on Mondays (bible study starts promptly at 7:00 on Wednesdays).
    9. Only those members who have a night class or a previously approved engagement will be marked present for the rehearsal.

All members with special medical conditions that may at any time affect their behavior and/or warrant medical attention are asked to provide this information to the secretary for use in case of emergency (e.g. asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, etc.)

Please Note:
The listed rule and regulations above are not intended to harm or control the BSU Gospel Choir, but they are a natural part of the discipline that the choir needs to function properly without chaos and disruption. We want the choir to be a family ministering for God. Help us reach this status.
